A Busy Week Ahead

Next week will be a busy one for me. Term papers for two online courses to grade. Figuring up grades. End of school year functions for Lizzy and Susan. And probably a whole host of other stuff besides the normal sermon writing, Bible class prep and teaching, shut-in visits, etc. Also have to start preparing for next year’s class on Ethics at Southeastern Community College (Keokuk Branch). My schedule is stacking up for Summer and Fall. So far I’ve got 3 online courses in the Summer sesson and 2 for the Fall session plus the Ethics course (which is not online).

What will be fun is that on Monday and Tuesday I will be heading to our district Camp for a pastor’s retreat with the guys from Jacksonville and Lincoln Circuits, as well as my own, listening to Dr. Larry Rast speak on Pietism (my favorite subject) and enjoying some R & R. Hopefully I’ll be able to get some golf in.

  1. Now, I wonder why Pietism is your favorite subject?
