Off She Goes, Into the Wild Blue Yonder…

We said our goodbyes to Susan today. She’s headed off to Europe for 3 weeks with People to People Student Ambassado Programs. She was supposed to fly out of Cedar Rapids, IA this morning, but since all the roads are closed around there, they rerouted them through St. Louis. So, this morning we got down there, and were able to see them to the security check point. We are very excited for her. This is going to be a wonderful experience, and it was made possible by many of you, my readers. Thank you much for your donations.

Oh, by the way, with us going down to St. Louie, we were able to have lunch with some good friends (The Mayes’). That was a nice perk.
