The old Walther League is sneaking back into the synod.

    Two words:
    Higher Things.

  3. Der Bettler says:

I guess I don’t see the problem with liturgical dance. In fact, I think more people should be making the sign of the Cross, kneeling, genuflecting, bowing heads, moving toward the altar, standing for the Gospel, and turning toward the processional cross.

Oh, wait. It has another meaning?

  4. Lawrence says:

Liturgical Dance. This is new to me. I wonder if Pastor could add a few dance steps in his chanting routine at alter?

  5. Lawrence says:

Hmm.. I can’t find any pastors that think my request is in any way amusing.

  6. ghp says:

“What is the purpose of this being in the DS?” you might ask…

Well, because, if the DS wasn’t co-opted in such a way, then the little dancing darlings wouldn’t have a captive audience for displaying their “talents”. And that might hurt their delicate little eggos.

  7. Chosen says:

Hurt the little darling’s egos? Gee, that’s amusing. I fellowshiped with 25,000 incredible teens at the gathering and none of their egos even came CLOSE to those being displayed on this page.
