The Procastinator’s Handbook

I haven’t put one of these in for a while. I thought I would put one in every week, but for some reason I just didn’t get around to it. Hmmm….

Here it is: WHY WE PROCRASTINATE : Fear of Judgment

“Are you the kind of person who frequently thinks, “What will the neighbor’s say?” or “What will people think?” If so, you may find yourself immobilized by the fear of judgment. Many people will postpone worthy goals indefinitely simply because they don’t want to run the risk of feeling embarrassed or being labeled lazy, stupid, foolish, or idealistic.” (p. 76)
